Deceptive
I consistently give Road Scholar the benefit of the doubt, simply to be let down. I made a very costly ticket for a trip to French Polynesia and the nearby islands. RS altered the schedule but didn't tell me until three months later, and seemed to be deceptively advertising in the interim. They claimed to have changed the pricing, but they hadn't done so for me. Emails and phone calls are necessary. I enjoy their schedules, but I'm running out of time to travel with them. In summary, I no longer trust them and keep a close eye on them when I make reservations with them.

Not worth money
It looks fun on the website, but for high-flying, it's only a few feet higher. Waste of money for a high flight. Also, the goggles cut my kid's face. We asked for a full face helmet, and they said goggles are better. Prices are way too high for what they are. It’s nothing like skydiving, won’t do it again because of the high cost, and high fly isn’t a high fly. Fifteen feet high is nothing. Waste of money. Take your kids or friends to a theme park and have more fun than at iFLY.

Awful customer service
While I think their products are of good quality, their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. We paid hundreds of dollars for a missing piece for our granddaughters at the grocery store for Christmas, but they were completely unhelpful and told us to send an email to see if they could help. In my opinion, this kind of criticism undermines their product. I shall no longer be buying their goods.

Love the varieties
I love the wide variety of cuisine that we can choose from. Every single meal I've received has been an eye-opening experience, as I feel so accomplished after cooking delicious food. It encourages me to continue cooking for myself and helps me hone my cooking skills.

Extremely Disappointed
I bought a sofa from here just over six months ago, and I am really frustrated with its quality, construction, and everything else. The cushions are collapsing, making it uncomfortable to sit, and the fabric has started to pile up all over. It appears old and worn out, despite being barely used. I can't even return it because of the ridiculous restocking fee. Never buying again.

Avoid at all costs.
My critically ill dog needed fluids. Bond Vet refused to administer them unless I agreed to a rabies vaccine. Yes, a vaccine for a gravely ill dog instead of the urgent treatment he needed. I took him to a different veterinary practice where he immediately received proper care. Bond Vet then terminated our relationship via email, rather than taking responsibility. This is not medicine, it's corporate policy at the expense of pets' lives.

Cost of coverage
I'm a tour guide. I have literally spent decades using travel guards for groups. Every time a client has submitted a claim, it has never been rejected. However, I recently had a bad encounter. I am aware that actuaries make these decisions, and I anticipate that senior tourists will pay more, yet a recent group purchase was exceptional. I had a 50-year-old woman traveling with her 80-year-old mother. The mother's price was $1K, and the daughter's fee was $270 for the exact cost and coverage. That's just too much of a gauge.

Ridiculous return policy and very poor customer service
I got the body pillow for Christmas a few weeks in advance to avoid the holiday rush. When I opened it, it was too large, so I phoned the firm the day after Christmas to swap it for the smaller size pillow. I get back that it's past the 30-day return period, leaving us with an expensive item we can't use and can't give away. I hadn't even requested a return of the price difference. Poor customer service, a crazy holiday return policy, and an environmentally unfriendly firm. Beware.

The property is clean and offers great value for the money. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting the Jackson Hole area.

Amazing!!
I traveled to Bali in June and returned in July, and both flights with Garuda were exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and truly amazing throughout the journey. The legroom was the best I’ve ever experienced in economy, and I really liked the 2-4-2 seating configuration. While the meals were fairly average, everything else more than made up for it. I would absolutely fly with Garuda again and highly recommend them.
