So. Many. Issues.
Let me start off by saying I have been a Roku consumer for quite some time. I have always loved their product and the user-friendly interface. Easy for my kids to adapt to. Within the last 12 days, I have had two brand-new Roku TVs and had issues with both. First TV was a 50”. Second a 55”. Had to return the first one because it didn't get past the Roku startup screen. As soon as I got home and plugged the 55'' one in, an electrical buzzing noise started coming from the rear of the TV where the plug goes. Sounded like some sort of diode on the verge of popping. On top of that, Roku marked the issue as resolved when it clearly was not.

What a great Merino 200 Flexi Shute
What a fantastic Merino 200 Flexi Shute. I had to get one for my mother! I got her to try mine on while she was visiting, and she refused to take it off. So I purchased one for her in grey, and it arrived within a few days. Mum is happy now! She can wear it everywhere, every day.

SCAM/PHISHING website
I submitted two online orders, but both were cancelled due to a difficulty with credit card processing, despite the fact that the card had not yet been processed. They are simply collecting your credit card details and contact information. There is no customer support. It is all fake. Stay away.

They have a beautiful boutique. The salespersons there were amazing. I bought a bag and a pair of shoes with my friend, and I find it very nice! I will come back with my friends.

Classic Vacations made a hotel booking on the Big Island, Hawaii, but the car reservation on Maui, Hawaii. Irresponsible And there was absolutely no help from customer service.

Minor Changes would make this Property Great!
Nice property, and the rooms were comfortable, but they lacked the necessary chargers and electrical plugs. The turnoff was not receiving advance notice of a $35 per night lodging cost. The hotel provides shuttle service to the city center, but it is not available every day. The wood-burning fireplace in the lobby was pleasant!

An acceptable place to stay
An acceptable spot to stay in Vegas. Rooms are bare-bones, with no balconies or windows to open for fresh air. Standard features (microwave oven, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker) and moderate pricing. Clean, pleasant room with cable TV. I notice they charge a "resort fee"; and late check-out costs $30.00 for one extra hour, i.e., until 12 noon, and $50.00 if you want to stay till 3 PM, but if you're going to Las Vegas, you're already used to being nickel-and-dimed for everything you get, everywhere you go, so this may not come as a huge surprise.

Admission Process Felt Smooth
The admission team guided me properly through the online registration and document submission steps. I expected delays because I was applying internationally, but communication stayed fairly clear throughout the process.

They hire the worst drivers possible
They choose the worst drivers for their jobs. On a few occasions, they dropped orders as they were being delivered, leaving food all over the box. Their driver simply canceled the order today without any explanation and accused the restaurant. Customer service is just worthless.

Low Quality
I recently purchased several goods with the expectation that they would be of good quality. However, the quality is awful and does not live up to expectations. Their customer service has been lacking. Nothing positive to say.. As you are well aware, I hope you read this and find it understandable. There are plenty of alternatives. Also, they spam you like Rambo on a machine gun.

Pella windows are overrated and expensive
When our builder put Pella Windows in our new home in 2020, we thought we were getting great windows. We found out that after the first winter, they were not. The first winter, one window was fully cracked and had to be replaced. Then there were problems getting many of the windows to lock. As of December 2025, they are coming again for the 4th time to see if they can adjust three windows to lock. We have found out that they were nothing but builder-grade, and we will have to pay them hundreds of dollars to reinstall the inferior windows they initially installed. They only give a 2-year warranty. I would never repurchase Pella windows.

LIED TO 3 TIMES!
I went to get a CR2 battery for my laser. I told the salesperson that I wanted the best battery. He said, "All batteries are the same." LIE 1. I stated I disagreed. With an attitude, he talked about brands and directed me to the shop brand, Nuon. When I asked whether they had a CR2 charger, he told me that CR2 batteries are not rechargeable. LIE 2. I informed him I had one, but he stated they wouldn't work. LIE 3. When I saw them online, the seller was really hostile to me, treating me like an idiot. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If you want honest help, go somewhere else!
