Over a month late on my subscription
My subscription is over a month late, and my infant outgrew his clothes long ago, leaving us in a bind. Trying to be sustainable, yet having to go shopping to keep him clothed. Customer service stopped responding to me, but of course, I kept getting charged. The website is frequently unavailable due to bugs. Also, their prices are higher than those of their competitors. I'm attempting to return the too-small things to them but can't get in touch. I wish I could write a better review but there's something off about them.

Cary NC store s delight
I went to the Cary, NC, store immediately after it opened today. I was treated well, particularly by Kristin. I was thanked for my purchases, which were discounted to a terrific deal. I hope this store survives in this tough economy, especially with the kind personnel who made my visit enjoyable. If I could, I would offer a higher rating.

Terrible customer service
Have no issue with their products previously received. This review is based on their poor customer service. Item shows as in stock and dispatched in 2-3 working days. Ordered 6 days ago and still not dispatched. When contacted, I first get told it’s being investigated internally and will be dispatched asap. Then get told two days later that it will be dispatched in the next couple of days. No reason given for the delay. Will be cancelling my order due to shoddy customer service.

System76 enables ownership
System 76 stands behind its products and supports the right to repair. They gave me the option to order a replacement battery or have them do it for a fair price. My lemp10 laptop was 5 years old at the time of repair.

I have always been fond of thai airways
I’ve always had a soft spot for Thai Airways. As expected, the Thai people consistently stand out for their warm hospitality and kindness, which sets them apart from many other airlines. The flights are usually quick, and the cabins feel cosy and comfortable. Honestly, I end up sleeping through most of the journey, which says a lot about how relaxing the experience is.

Awesome Shoes
I love my new running shoes. The off-white look is great, and the cushioning feels amazing. I usually run in Ons but wanted to try something different, and now I don’t think I’ll switch back. They’re similar to the Brooks Ghost Max, which I like, but with even more cushioning.

A good low cost Carrier
On time, reasonably comfortable, and well-priced—exactly what I expect from a low-cost carrier. No frills or extras, but the website is easy to use and the luggage add-ons are clearly priced.

Exceptional Care When It Mattered Most
My son broke his arm in a dirt bike accident, and we arrived at DOC just 10 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the staff provided outstanding care without hesitation. Kelsey, PA, was absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. She treated us like family and made a stressful situation so much easier. Every experience we’ve had at DOC has been consistently excellent, and this visit was no exception. We’re so grateful for their compassion and dedication. Highly recommend DOC to anyone in need of urgent orthopedic care!

The food is delicious
The food is delicious, portions are generous, and healthy. There are plenty of gluten-free options, which is excellent. I wish the app were a little easier to navigate. It took some time to get used to.

I would look elsewhere for lawn service.
Results were good for 9 of 10 years, but something changed in 2025. Observed tech skipping fertilizer on two strips of lawn and not spraying any post-emergent as indicated on the invoice. Tech was at our house for less than 7 minutes. Tried to address it with customer service and management, and they were unable to address the issue. A friend who recommended Fairway Green 10 years ago also has weeds in the yard, so I do not think my situation is unique.

This place rocks!
I heard about Marcos via YouTube, so I went to try it. I am not a fan of any local pizza joints. But this place rocks! Toppings were amazing, the pizza crust was light and crispy, and the customer service was excellent! I will definitely return!!

No repair and return
I purchased two pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses, one costing around $400. A few months later, one pair slipped off my face and the lens broke, while the other only had a small scratch. When I sent them in for repair, the company informed me that both styles had been discontinued and couldn’t be fixed—which was disappointing but understandable. What really upset me, though, was that they didn’t return my sunglasses. Instead, they kept them, leaving me out more than $500 with nothing to show for it.
