I needed a gift for a grad
I needed a gift for a graduation. I went on the site, ordered, and at checkout, I had entered my address in Hawaii. It gave me a delivery date of two days before the event, so I purchased the item. I got an order confirmation and shipping notification, but when I clicked through, the package had been passed off to USPS, and the delivery date is now maybe a week later. This is after the event, after we have actually left the country, so completely useless. If you are going to charge more than $20 for shipping AND post an exact date for delivery, you should meet expectations. It's just disingenuous.

They are literally stealing money
Even when I restarted the account well in advance of the time they set for potential escheatment, they swept my cash reserve account (about $2300) empty and closed it. None of my suggestions or concerns were addressed by the customer service staff. dishonest and shameful business. I'll definitely submit a formal complaint with the CFPB, and if that doesn't work out, I'll pursue a class action lawsuit.

I visited Texas Roadhouse in Davenport this evening. I have to say, by a country Mile, the best server we have had in Orlando this holiday. The food is fabulous, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is excellent. Thanks for a great evening.

14 of my 35 solar panels stopped
According to the Enlighten app, 14 of my 35 solar panels are no longer producing energy. I want the problem resolved under warranty. They want the installer to look at it first. The installer has gone out of business. They emailed the installer nevertheless and are awaiting a response. Good luck! They want to charge me for looking into the warranty issue, even though they had previously come to my house for free when the installation was unable to handle a problem.

Fair Oak BH is Awesome
For at least seven months, my son has attended Bright Horizons Nursery three days a week, and I have nothing but praise for them. We chose Fair Oak BH because of the kind, compassionate women in the baby room, as well as the Manager who welcomes us every morning and her Assistant Manager. Perfect genius. Now that Richie is in the toddler room, Jess is wonderful and delighted to be Richie's KP Lucy. Lucy, the team leader, is fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable, and he began working there last week. His vocal chords and attempts to talk have greatly improved after three days.

Black Diamond reverts to coal
I attempted to purchase a $45 T-shirt, which was already pricey. How much does delivery cost, you ask? So that would be $14.21. I received a $20 promotional credit for purchasing some pricey trekking poles, which decreased the cost of the shirt to $25. The shipping charge remains the same. That was the economy's slow rate. I took this up with customer service. They played dumb and were deaf to reason. I live in Vermont, not Mongolia.

Cant return items, no response from multiple emails, and their direct phone number is an auto recording stating they can't answer the phone. worst customer service ever.

A great place to eat
Metro Diner really impressed me with its friendly staff. Next, the food arrives quickly, and the portions are larger than I expected. My favorite part of the meal was the chicken and waffles because the chicken was crispy and the flavors worked really well together. It was like a good comfort food!

Worst experience I've ever had.
I drove four hours from out of town, spent my own money, and rescheduled my entire schedule just to be here, just to be turned away for something they couldn't verify and wouldn't explain clearly. There is no evidence or responsibility, only a vague reason and a cold rejection. To make matters worse, I wasn't compensated for screening. I squandered my time, money, and energy for nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the participants.
