Disrespectful Experience
I will not see this man again. 68 yrs old, (female with history of heart disease) rude, arrogant, eye-rolling, interruptive, does not listen. I left crying with no avenue to follow. I have a myriad of problems, but if you're looking for a n Poinciana, find someone that is not Dr Agrawal you need help you don't need him!

Exemplary above-and-beyond service
We felt prompted to write a review after receiving exceptional, above-and-beyond care following a problem with our UPPAbaby stroller. Our support email was addressed and fixed the same day, and spare parts were shipped just three days later. The stroller has served us well over the last four years and is one we recommend to anyone who wants something with plenty of space underneath for carrying items.

Recipes are decent
The meal kit delivery includes decent recipes and reasonable portion sizes. I had one missing ingredient in my last shipment, which was unpleasant. Customer service resolved the issue, although it was still rather frustrating.

Great customer service
I placed an order a week ago. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item. I messaged to let them know. I heard back straight away, even though it was a Sunday. On Monday, I received another message from them stating that my order would be sent out immediately. The customer service was excellent, and the correct items have now been received. I highly recommend the company.

The quality is fantastic.
It's scary to buy a sofa online. However, after months of searching, I settled on the Ciello XL, featuring a chaise seat and an ottoman. I wanted a few things, and this sofa has ticked all the boxes. It's removable, washable, features box cushions, offers a customizable layout, provides deep, pillow-like seating, and features flat-top arms. The delivery was fast, and the assembly was pretty straightforward.

Gives you false hope
The customer service related to my order was excellent, and my questions were answered promptly. I was informed that the nursery pots I purchased were backordered and will become available for shipment at the beginning of August. I've just checked my PayPal account and noticed that I've received a refund. Guys, if you don’t have all the items in stock in your warehouses, why are you wasting people’s time? And giving us the false hope that our patience will pay off, and we will eventually get our purchased items. It’s not a good way to do business.

Lutron smart home is DUMB home
A complex Lutron smart home lighting system was installed in the house we purchased. The equipment malfunctioned shortly after we moved there, leaving us in total darkness. There was no straightforward backup; therefore, the installer worked on fixing the system over the next two years. We paid thousands of dollars, but they were unable to fix the system entirely, and we were informed that they no longer supported it. We intended to dismantle the entire system, but it cannot be converted back to conventional light switches due to the way it was initially wired. This system is anything but intelligent, and Lutron's support is appalling. They just expect you to replace it every ten years.

Our luggage was taken in Madrid after we used TLV to organize our ten-day trip to Spain. In order to get ready for transportation to Seville, our tour manager instructed us to deliver our bags to the lobby, which we did. Two items of our luggage had been stolen from the hotel lobby when we got back from breakfast. I contacted our TVL travel agency because I was unfamiliar with the nation, but I got no help! She did not get in touch with Great Rail Journeys or the hotel to help us. After you have paid for your trip, don't rely on this travel agent for anything!
