A good low cost Carrier

On time, reasonably comfortable, and well-priced—exactly what I expect from a low-cost carrier. No frills or extras, but the website is easy to use and the luggage add-ons are clearly priced.

The food is delicious, portions are generous, and healthy. There are plenty of gluten-free options, which is excellent. I wish the app were a little easier to navigate. It took some time to get used to.

These products are trash

These things are rubbish and far too expensive. The stroller barely lasted one plane trip and returned with the leather shredded and less robust than before. When it comes to the car seat, it is far too expensive; you can't even get your hands into the holes to reach the buckle. I have to rely on my 8-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter for assistance, which is ridiculous given my small hands. These are fundamental things that should never be an issue with such expensive equipment.

Merrell fixed my mistake at no cost to me.

We required boots for late fall mountain hiking, and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size shoes. Merrell covered the return freight for the incorrect boots, replaced them, and even paid the FedEx shipping to send the correct boots to me as quickly as possible. Their return policies are top-notch, the process was extremely smooth, and the results of their efforts earn them my total appreciation. Thanks, Merrell, for fixing my mistake – you have a customer for life!

Once you pay, you are on your own.

Our luggage was taken in Madrid after we used TLV to organize our ten-day trip to Spain. In order to get ready for transportation to Seville, our tour manager instructed us to deliver our bags to the lobby, which we did. Two items of our luggage had been stolen from the hotel lobby when we got back from breakfast. I contacted our TVL travel agency because I was unfamiliar with the nation, but I got no help! She did not get in touch with Great Rail Journeys or the hotel to help us. After you have paid for your trip, don't rely on this travel agent for anything!

Great flexibility, but slow support chat experience

I wanted to activate an offer, but I have failed so far. The help chat is useful, but it closes off entirely if you do not reply within 3 minutes, while they take 10 to 15 minutes to reply. There is no way to revive a chat, you have to start a new one. I have already tried three times to receive a service that I should have already received by default.

Easy Checkout, Great Products

The checkout process went really smoothly, and my item arrived in just a few days, exceeding my expectations. I wish it were easy to compare different items, though. I had to travel back and forth between the bouncers several times before deciding what I wanted. However, I am pleased with the final decision I made. This is a fantastic product.

I’ve purchased several controllers (for Xbox or PC), in total, I went through around five or six units. The first controller was replaced twice under warranty because it developed issues with either the analog sticks or the RB/LB buttons, and same with the replacement. When the third controller failed, it was no longer covered by warranty, so I bought a new one. To be fair, customer service was great as they handled all exchanges quickly and without hassle. But sadly, the long-term reliability has been consistently disappointing.

Safety issues.

We just finished our tour of the National Parks. The tour guide's behavior was totally terrible, even though the sights were stunning. The biggest problem was driving on hazardous, snow-covered roads without emergency communication (radio or satellite phone) because the itinerary took first place above group safety. Her remark contained improper evangelizing, was unreliable, and lacked professionalism. The guide performed poorly in terms of safety and stewardship; however, our driver was outstanding. Executives and customer service have been thoroughly examined. We thought a Collette guide would be much better.
