Overall its ok.
I bought a second hand marine star chronograph so far it simply does what it says on the tin. Not five star as the clasp doesn't always snap shut on the first attempt. Overall its ok.

World's Worst Customer service
Customer service at Conagra is managed like a scary organization. It attacks customers who have complained as if it were waging war, rather than attempting to assist. I asked for a refund after complaining about $20 worth of faulty frozen TV dinners. The obnoxious and combative representative then only sent me a $3 coupon. After my second call, a harsh supervisor and an annoying representative finally promised to send me more coupons. I only received a second $3 voucher, though. No reimbursement. $20 for $6. I have indeed been CON AG.

I made two separate purchases
I made two separate purchases at various times, taking advantage of their special discount campaign: one for the Alabax Surface Mount and one for the Andy Side Table. After making the purchases and using the discount, the company abruptly offered a reimbursement with no explanation. When I followed up for clarification, my questions were dismissed. This pattern indicates either exceptionally bad customer service or an intentional plan to increase traffic without honoring promotions, demonstrating an obvious lack of accountability.

Loved the tiles.
I love the look of this Ocean Blue. It will be nice in the future if I need to fix a spot, as I can remove one carpet tile and replace the damaged area as needed. Made sure I have plenty of extra tiles to replace any damaged ones. Gave the bedrooms an executive look and feel them.

What to improve in your web page
After completing the ticket purchasing process, I was unsure if everything had gone well. I had to call to make sure, and now I have my ticket. I tried pressing a number to find the extension I needed to speak with, but it didn't work and didn't sound like anything either. The girl who answered my phone was excellent.

Safety issues.
We just finished our tour of the National Parks. The tour guide's behavior was totally terrible, even though the sights were stunning. The biggest problem was driving on hazardous, snow-covered roads without emergency communication (radio or satellite phone) because the itinerary took first place above group safety. Her remark contained improper evangelizing, was unreliable, and lacked professionalism. The guide performed poorly in terms of safety and stewardship; however, our driver was outstanding. Executives and customer service have been thoroughly examined. We thought a Collette guide would be much better.

Absolutely horrible
My veterinarian pushed us to move to Vetcove, which was horrible. So many issues! I paid for overnight shipping for my dog's crucial medications, and they kept telling me they were on their way, and we never ran out! They then stated that the shipment had been misplaced. I had to get a temporary script from my vet because I was entirely out, which cost double the price. I will never use VetCove again.

Thrive Market offers healthier options for kids' snacks that are less commonly available in traditional markets. Their service department is prompt and practical, and they solved my miscommunication issue almost immediately. I am impressed. Now, I recommend it to everyone. They also provide for folks in need, five stars!

Best mattress available for value conscious shoppers.
It is excellent! Super comfortable mattress, especially for this price range. The only thing that can be better is its thickness, a little more for heavier people. It is simple to set as well. I would 100% buy it again.

No follow up and no urgency
In my 35 years of dealing with companies of all kinds, CH Robinson stands out as the least concerned with customer service. They show no urgency, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve issues. It’s as if they make plenty of money without needing their customers. Mistakes happen — I can accept that — but what I can’t accept is complete indifference toward fixing them.
