Useless Customer Service

The first time I used this service, the shipping label was incorrect, but a corrected one was issued immediately after, which I liked. Unfortunately, the second time, we received an inaccurate mailing label. This time, I had to resubmit the same information multiple times, repeating myself and including the entire previous email thread. Despite this, I have been ignored for days on end, just to be asked the same questions again. It's been 10 days since I sent the information AGAIN, and I've received no response. It's absolutely insane to deal with this kind of customer service! It had been a month of back-and-forth, with no end in sight.

Friendly and helpfull

I needed APHIS health certificate forms for my dog’s trip to Costa Rica, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and well-versed in international pet travel requirements. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. I paid $340 for the APHIS forms required for my destination country. I didn’t inquire about their pet shipping services, but I’m sure that’s an entirely different price point.

A good Flight

I recently flew Asiana Airlines Business Class from LAX to Ho Chi Minh. The food was delicious, and the flight attendants provided excellent service. However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the flight was delayed by 57 minutes, and there was no Wi-Fi.

$10 fee to cancel unwanted membership

I paid in full for the expert service offered by Hello Tech's technician, who came to our house. When I scheduled the service, I was also required to sign up for some form of membership with automatically repeating payments, despite the fact that I did not require, want, or understand any of the membership's features. I was informed I'd be reminded before the payment was due, so I could discontinue my subscription. When I was told that the payment was due, I was unable to cancel my membership online. I had to call Customer Service, who charged me $10 to terminate my membership.

Do not use eat street

I used the app to order pizza. It never arrived. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that they were unable to locate the order using my name and phone number. But. The app displays the order's estimated time of arrival. I spoke with "customer service" and was informed that I would need to make arrangements with the restaurant because they do not keep track of the order. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would have to contact the restaurant to find a solution. I'm wondering why I utilized this app. Since the app just charges my credit card for the food, delivery, and tip, I could have contacted the restaurant instead. What a spam this is.

What a rubbish product

What a garbage product. I thought the swing away bike rack was a wonderful purchase. Within the first month, the rack and tube bars failed. There is no support from Yakima. This rack was unable to support two bikes weighing a total of 34 kg.

Don't bother with this service, they have very poor customer service.

I placed an order, which was not picked up for over an hour. The food was spoiled. The driver contacted me twice in Spanish, which I don't speak. I contacted customer support three times, but they did not care. I canceled my subscription. I requested a refund, but no such luck. This service is a joke. No delivery fee is referred to as a service fee. I'll never give them my money again.

I should have followed her recommendation to commit to the booking quickly, since when I finally phoned back to confirm the booking, the total went up by over $500 due to the expiration of a promotion and an increased drop cost for a one-way rental.
