No Exchange
I bought a sweater from Taylor Stitch. When it comes to sweaters and everything else, I always wear an extra large. I even answered the company's questionnaire, which confirmed that I was an extra Large. The sweater did not fit when I tried it on. The firm told me I was outside the three-week return and exchange timeframe when I called to request a size modification. The sweater has never been worn, and the tags were still on it. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this company is really pricey and wouldn't allow me to return a sweater that didn't fit. Before doing business with this company, please give it some thought.

Will be my last GM
Since the Cadillac Optic Sports is an electric vehicle, I was unsure of its performance throughout my brief two-year lease. The car has been causing me issues for the past nine months. The myCadillac app stopped working. Google GPS isn't functioning. A few further functionalities are likewise unusable. I contacted OnStar multiple times, and each time, they made me repeat the same exercise while sitting in my car. My car has been in the Cadillac dealership for the last three days, but it hasn't been fixed because the module isn't available. It is really annoying. I made the proper choice by renting for just two years. I'm going to buy a non-GM car next.

I love UAF
I love UAF! I learned a lot and received a top-notch education from instructors who genuinely enjoy teaching. Situated on the unspoiled ancestral lands of the Dena'ina people, our campus is serene and lovely, overlooking the lower Tanana River.

Poor work ethics
On a day they are not scheduled for, they came during the peak afternoon to run their machines up and down for no more than 30 minutes. Stunk up the air for no reason. Again - no grass to cut, no bushes to trim, and nothing to collect. Their regularly scheduled Monday routine followed this. I'm not sure if this is how they are milking the HOA, or if this is their regularly accepted work ethic, but showing up for nothing on a day off just to be back for the regularly scheduled full day the next business day is not good business.

Very confusing
The instructions given were very confusing and looked like they were made in 1980. They placed my daughter in fourth grade level because of confusing instructions, even though she is on a sixth-grade learning level.

Disappointing and irritating
I have been trying to transfer an inherited account out of Vanguard for the past six months. Now I also need specific account balances from them for legal purposes, and I’ve spent countless hours on hold, but nothing has been accomplished. Nothing seems to be working or happening anytime soon.

Fantastic Tours
I've made four trips to Tauck. We've just reserved our fifth. The most recent went to Egypt and Jordan in September of 2025. It was amazing! The fact that they need to improve their website is my only and biggest complaint. An iPad does not function well with it. Every time I get on, I have to mention "forgot password." It's incredibly annoying. I sincerely hope they receive this for an IT fix! Entering the necessary information is also problematic. I hope these can be made mobile-friendly.

Great platform
They are pretty stable and flexible. You can trust them. The only issue is that their UI is sometimes very slow. The column settings are often lost and reset to defaults. The web UI is quite irritating.

Disappointing!
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pair of trainers that arrived damaged, and the return process was frustrating and inconvenient. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

Definitely recommend
My dog loves it here, and so do I. Having to drive 1.5 hours to work and back every day, and having her here while I'm working, makes my life so much easier. They take such great care of her, and the option always to get a bath or grooming done while she's there is a lifesaver for both of us.

Outstanding Care and Support
Had hip surgery a year ago and the staff… Dr. Kahn, Blake Lyman and Heather are amazing. The visits we have had over the last year they always remember the details of our lives and make us feel taken care of. Feel sad that Dr. Kahn is leaving but all in all I’d give them a 10 star if I could.
