Excellent customer service
One of my outdoor speakers and a woofer broke. All I can say is that I am really pleased with the outcome, and the Klipsch customer service was excellent. For more than 30 years, I have been using Klipsch speakers, and they have never let me down. I will continue to use them for many years to come. I'm grateful.

Reliability
This is not my first time with Sixt, and as always, the service was quick, competent, and hassle-free. There were no hidden fees or surprises in the rental agreement. The staff was really courteous and helpful. The automobiles were fresh, comfy, and in good condition. I highly recommend Sixt and will certainly use their services again.

Another One Bites the Dust
I've been buying Tea Collection clothes for a few years. I never minded the higher charges because the quality was excellent and could be handed down, making it sustainable. However, my latest two orders showed a considerable fall in quality. Fabrics are now extremely thin, with random stitching and poor color saturation. They went from boutique to box store quality, but the pricing remained high. Plus, the website is a nightmare. As of 2026, this is a company to avoid.

I used Havenly recently
I recently used Havenly. The first difficulty I had was that I kept scheduling a meeting with my designer, who never showed up. I contacted customer service and soon received a message informing me that a new designer had been assigned to me, along with an appointment to meet with him. So I met with him, and everything was wonderful; he sent me the design, which was gorgeous, and I loved it. Beware of these shipping costs; I'm spending $300 to send an $800 accent chair. I did place an item in my cart that was out of stock, but they charged me for it and offered a REFUND credit to my Havenly account. I’m pretty upset about that and will reach out to customer service about it, but I’m not hopeful I can get them to put it back on my credit card. And why was I even charged for an out-of-stock item??? It seems underhanded to me.

We have have had this system for years
This system has been with us for years. Its prior owner installed it and thought it was fantastic. One of our tire integrators came in at first to fix it. They were costly and ineffective. It has never functioned correctly. There is no support from Control4. Almost none of their system functions properly, even their doorbell. Avoid using these folks at all costs. They don't even pick up the phone.

Product met and exceeded expectations
The product both fulfilled and surpassed expectations. superior craftsmanship and materials. produced in the United States. After I placed my order on Friday, it was dispatched in less than a day and arrived three days later on Monday. Since then, I've placed two more orders with American Giant, both of which went well.

Very Disappointing
For more than three years, I was an ADT subscriber. I was told at that time that the equipment would be mine after my contract was complete. I was not informed that practically all of the equipment would become unusable if the service were cancelled. The garage door control, thermostat, doorbell camera, outside cameras, and other smart home functions were all turned off once my service ended. Even though I owned the equipment, I could no longer use it because everything was disconnected from the system. I wish ADT had been more open about this from the start. It should be made very obvious to customers that even if they own the equipment, they may not be able to use its smart features after terminating the service.

Overpriced!!
I’ve checked Chewy several times now, and each time I’m disappointed by their prices. Most people can’t afford that these days. Sorry, Chewy, but you won’t get much business at these prices. Lower them, and you might actually see more sales.

Horrible to deal with
Horrible to deal with. I ordered a part with a delivery date and received an email on the delivery date informing me of a delay. I contacted customer service and was told I would be contacted within the next 24 to 48 hours, which came and went, only to receive another email informing me of the delay. This went on for a week before I received an email informing me that this item was out of stock. Very lovely to converse with, but with no substance.

Home Depot staff have always been skilled, helpful, and friendly with us. They do maintain a good environment. I have always liked working with them for all my house requirements.

Birthday flowers a No Show!
FedEx Driver left with flowers at 9:26 in the am and had a window of 10:00 - 2:20 to make the delivery. But didn't show on time, and at 2:20, he gave himself another 2 1/2 hours to deliver. The birthday person got nothing. It is so disappointing.

Worst customer service online
Worst online customer service experience. I placed an order but never received a confirmation email or tracking number. The chat doesn’t work, and no one answers the phone. Absolutely unacceptable! I’ll be filing a claim to get my money back.
