Once upon a time
In the past, TripAdvisor was a reliable resource for selecting restaurants and businesses. Right now? It resembles a forum for creative writing more. Anyone with five minutes may post a "review" of a location they haven't visited, a phony email address, and a bad attitude. Just fantasy and resentment—no bill, no proof, no reservation. And there you have it: an instant critic. The fact that it still exists and that people still take it seriously is more astounding than how untrustworthy it has become.

The worst
I bought their commuter bike 6 years ago, and it has shown problems from the beginning. It used to brake on its own, and I had to try to fix it every time. They sent me three controllers, and I took the help of professionals to install them, but it was still malfunctioning. Never buy from this company!

Extremely disappointing experience
A really unsatisfactory Travelocity experience. We were continually informed that we had to cancel our tickets before we could even attempt to obtain a refund from the airline, after numerous calls with lengthy wait periods. We canceled because we trusted that information. We found out we would only get a partial reimbursement for a portion of the hotel after hours of follow-ups, emails, and phone conversations. The flights are not refundable. We would have kept the flights if we had known this in advance. It is really annoying to receive contradicting information, be put on hold for hours, and then end up losing money. This incident demonstrates a severe lack of accountability and openness.

Horrible shipping situation
The company lost my package and told me to follow up with FedEx. FedEx says they never received the package. So I’m stuck in the middle, with both parties saying it's not their problem. Well, the company couldn’t ship it out correctly. Should fix it.

Food not delivered
The order was never received, but the app indicated it had been delivered. There was no communication with any delivery updates. Having a hard time getting a refund, and it was an expensive meal. Do not use!

Their customer service is terrible. I placed my order back in December and only just received the items. Engineering: 1/5 stars. The drawers don’t shut all the way. Quality: 2/5 stars. While natural wood does have character, placing blemishes right on the top surface makes them far too noticeable.
