I had a deeply upsetting and racially charged encounter with attorney Joseph M. Manicki. After I didn’t respond to a request to babysit his children within 48 hours, he began harassing me through texts and public posts on the Nextdoor app. His behavior included racial profiling, online degradation, and repeated threats of legal action to intimidate me. He used his position as a lawyer to bully and scare me—completely unacceptable and unprofessional conduct. His actions were aggressive, privileged, and deeply inappropriate. Please take other negative reviews seriously. I do not recommend him or his services under any circumstances.

I placed an order online and wanted it delivered. Menards never told me they provide in a 75 ft semi. There is no way I would have proceeded with the delivery, as I live 1/2 mile down a gravel road, and the semi would not have been able to maneuver it. The driver had to use a forklift to transport the item from the road to my house, so I had to pay an additional amount. I will never again have Menards deliver anything to me.

Cebupac never fails to disappoint me. Boarding is always in chaos, as usual. Group 1 and the rest are constantly scrambling to be the 1st in line. Spent money on Priority boarding. Ultimately, Priority was the last to get in. Language bins were already full. People are trying to take our seats. I don't know how the crew organizes this—never been to a cebupac where everything ran smoothly.

To fix the turf in my HOA's six buildings, I called Grounds Guys of New Lenox. Our lawns now look 100% worse than they did when the grass was sparse, and are covered in enormous weeds because they used inferior dirt. I called my representative several times. He escalated the matter the first time he reacted. After a few weeks, I made another attempt. In response, he said he was out of town and would assess the situation when he returned. After two more weeks, I contacted them once more, but I received no response.

After two weeks of waiting, the chair I had bought never arrived. Customer service had no idea where my order was when I called. They cancelled it without my permission and essentially told me to accept it instead of accepting responsibility. I'm still awaiting my refund! This business is a total waste of time, dishonest, and inept. They take your money, don't deliver, and then act as if you should be appreciative of the cancellation. It seems like a fraud. If you don't like getting duped and defrauded, stay away from this firm at all costs.

I became a huge fan right away. The world's most cozy socks. I shared the comfort and lifetime warranty with all of my friends. I then have a ripped sock. You have to cover the cost of returning the sock when I use the warranty. So, in order to receive the $20 sock warranty, I will have to spend $15 to return a sock? This guarantee is fraudulent! You're saving five dollars. I feel so deceived. I understand that you need a mechanism to make sure individuals are being honest, but please ask them to submit pictures or videos. Your guarantee is no longer very helpful if we have to cover 75% of the shipping charges.
