Grate Time At Dead Rabbit
It is a beautiful bar and a restaurant. It offers a great atmosphere, and the people are kind here. We loved smashed burgers and meat sandwiches here. Will definitely visit many times more.

No follow up and no urgency
In my 35 years of dealing with companies of all kinds, CH Robinson stands out as the least concerned with customer service. They show no urgency, no follow-up, and no effort to resolve issues. It’s as if they make plenty of money without needing their customers. Mistakes happen — I can accept that — but what I can’t accept is complete indifference toward fixing them.

One big Scam!
They told me to purchase a new doorbell because my current one, with no subscription fee, stopped working. I went out and paid $180 for and Alarm.com (Skybell) camera and now that it's installed, they tell me i have to pay 20/month. Such a scam.

Cinema 800 Soundbar and woofer
We purchased a Cinema 800 soundbar and woofer for around $800.00. It worked well for about 6 months before it stopped producing sound from the television. Tech support led me in circles, insisting on troubleshooting that I had already done for hours. After wasting more time, they instructed me to take it in. So, I did. The retailer/repair staff discovered nothing incorrect and instructed me to come retrieve it. It doesn't work, Klipsch has ceased replying, and I've lost $800. It's literally going to the trash. Poor product, inadequate support, and a poor company.

Highly recommend for a quaint Jackson inn!
Beautiful, but not opulent. incredibly tidy. personnel that is friendly. It's good to be greeted with cookies and water or lemonade. The accommodations are lovely; they are roomy, furnished, and cozy. There was obvious attention to detail. The window bench was really lovely! The microwave and refrigerator were really helpful. Although the trip into town only took a few minutes, the location is a little bit further towards the highway than we had anticipated—about thirty minutes' walk from the town square. Strongly suggested for a charming Jackson inn!

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order three weeks ago, and the status hasn’t changed from “new,” even though it was a “buy now” item. According to their website, buy now items are supposed to ship immediately. I emailed them and got a generic reply saying “thank you for your patience, we’ll ship asap”. I followed up, and I received the same generic answer three times. Absolute lack of respect for their clients, not letting them know before the purchase is made. There is no way to contact them by phone, and they are now ignoring my emails. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Costa Rica trip accident
My husband was involved in a hotel accident during our trip to Costa Rica. He required immediate surgery because he was unable to walk. We had to cancel half of our trip when we flew back to the United States. Like most travel insurance providers, Generali makes it difficult to provide medical records, non-refundable reservations, etc. They mostly want to confirm that you are not protected by any other insurance, such as a credit card or health benefits. They paid for everything, but it took nearly four months to resubmit the paperwork. When buying insurance, it's crucial to read the fine print. Generali will pay, but they will be slow or difficult.

high price, poor service
I am not sure how this place stays open, because the cost of a burger is ridiculously high, and the new owners are just riding on the coattails of the previous ones. Since they started, the fries are soggy, customer service is rude and terrible, and my double beef cheeseburger was way overcooked
