The worst customer service. I gained experience from a video game company. I asked for help with my account and was able to supply most of the essential information to verify that it was me, but they kept seeking the same information as if they hadn't read what I had repeatedly written them repeatedly.

Utilized U-Save Car Rental out of Tampa Bay Airport per bundling to get savings through Expedia.
Huge mistake! They try to bait and switch and do not consider the cost. Say the pricing does not include local taxes, and you must have insurance from one of their six businesses to avoid paying for theirs. They charged me a $2,000 DEPOSIT, which had to be reimbursed to my credit card within 10 business days of returning the automobile in good condition. That was over 90 days ago, and I still haven't received my deposit back! Thieves! They do not return calls, put you on hold, and then hang up!

Slipcovers are 100% Cotton - Be Warned!
I've bought two sofas and one slip-covered club chair over the years. The slipcover should be machine washable. I therefore cleaned mine with cold water and let it air dry. They fail to mention that this covering is made entirely of cotton, which always shrinks. When I brought this up to the Ballard store in Tampa, they merely pretended not to have heard of it. Therefore, if you wash it, be prepared to use a few gorillas to put it back on, and be careful not to let it air dry.

I bought a generator for 540 bucks
I paid $540 for a generator, and the one I chose had wheels. After I paid for it, they gave me one without wheels and tried to give me $40 for the wheels. When I tried to return it, they told me I would have to pay 20% to return it, which would be $106. They are thieves and liars, and I will never return.

So soft & they last
We love all of the Burts Bees Baby things. Its quality is excellent, they are organic, and the materials are quite soft. They've held up well, and a number of our favorite onesies have already been worn by some of our children; they're hand-me-down certified.

Refund policy not good
I believe this company makes a lot of unintended subscription renewals. They do not provide refunds, even for same-day charges. Of course, their notifications cover this, but I still believe it is incorrect, so I am giving it a low rating. They can modify their policy and provide a 2-3 day grace period.

Quality is nice, Shipping can take WEEKS!
Brooklinen sheets have a really nice texture and quality. We have been ordering their sateen sheets and more from them for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, their shipping is a hit or miss. I had once received my pillowcase in 2 days, but the sheets took 2 weeks! I've seen orders languish for almost five business days before they are even shipped. No wonder it takes so long.

Boeing continues to give excuses
Instead of being honest and informing their consumers that poor craftsmanship is the result of long-standing problems with management not paying attention to engineers who have concerns that are crucial to the airplane, Boeing keeps making excuses for delays. Due to airline clients' frustration with delays and missed delivery deadlines that cost millions of dollars, these corporations are now seriously considering Airbus as a potential supplier of aircraft that will be delivered on time and at a lower cost. It will take years for Boeing to regain its integrity and trust, and the top management executives will be the only ones held accountable.

Bought a few bags of this tea with no effect. E-mailed customer service a few times, too, and received a refund. Tea did not work for me personally.

What was once a wonderful firm with real people you could talk to on the phone and have issues fixed is now nothing more than a joke. You can't reach anyone on the phone, chat help is useless, and I don't believe anyone there knows anything about websites. Please don't waste your time doing business with this firm.
