I used this company once and immediately tried to cancel any future orders. I didn’t like their high minimum order requirement and didn’t need their product as often as they were scheduling deliveries. Despite my efforts, I just received an order today that I never authorized and had no idea was even coming.

I arranged an appointment at 10 a.m. two days before for a simple free tire rotation (as promised when I purchased the tires). I was told the wait would be 1.5 hours. They still hadn't begun two hours later. Why did they ask me to make an appointment? They either overbooked or let walk-ins go ahead of me. There was no acceptable explanation given other than a shrug. I'll never go back.

Horrible Customer Service. I went to get an oil change @ Firestone on Carrollton Ave in New Orleans. The customer service agent is very unprofessional. I had an 11 am appointment. Upon my arrival, I was told they were short-staffed and if I could reschedule for the following day. He was very unconcerned and never apologized for this inconvenience. This was a scheduled appt. that they approved. They could have at least called me back and told me their situation, and I would not have made a blank trip. The next morning. The next morning, the very same thing happened. I will never return to that location again!

A month later, we received an email notice that our flights had been cancelled and that we had been assigned random alternative dates, which did not align with the wedding. I would definitely not use this airline if you need to be somewhere on a set date.

Unacademy's main issue is continuous spam calls. Once you register or express interest, they begin contacting you constantly from various numbers. Even when I plainly stated that I am not interested, the calls persist. This aggressive sales style is incredibly unpleasant and has little regard for consumer privacy. Instead of focusing on quality service, they use harassment-style marketing. A really unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend Unacademy to anyone who values their privacy.

I have a seller sending me an abusive message due to a negative review. I tried to get eBay to intervene, but had no luck. Clearly, eBay allows this abuse to occur while leaving purchasers to guard themselves. This seller has all my home details, which doesn't make me comfortable! I have reported the messages to eBay again, and I hope this helps. Be extremely cautious with eBay and its merchants. I will definitely not use eBay again.

Our luggage was taken in Madrid after we used TLV to organize our ten-day trip to Spain. In order to get ready for transportation to Seville, our tour manager instructed us to deliver our bags to the lobby, which we did. Two items of our luggage had been stolen from the hotel lobby when we got back from breakfast. I contacted our TVL travel agency because I was unfamiliar with the nation, but I got no help! She did not get in touch with Great Rail Journeys or the hotel to help us. After you have paid for your trip, don't rely on this travel agent for anything!
