Alaska Airlines treats you like family!
I recently flew from ANC to LAS. I am a single mother of three young girls. The flight was wonderful, and my girls appreciated the flight crew's ice cream and cookies. They always make us feel like members of the family. When the plane landed, we received a complimentary voucher for our resort. Thank you, Alaska Airlines, for always showing us Aloha!

Decent Fitness Club
I like Equinox clubs. I have been a member for over a year now, and I find my club to be particularly well outfitted with modern equipment, good amenities, and it is always clean and ready to use. Of course, the membership fees are just like any gym, and they can be expensive, but as far as gyms go, you always get what you pay for.

Do not order from here
If you value your privacy and hate junk mail, do not order from this company. They immediately sell your information to mass mailing companies, but they place the blame on me for not opting out of something that I should be able to opt into, rather than out of. Junk mail started arriving on the same day that my seeds arrived at an address I rarely use, as it isn't mine. At least the seed order was correct. Never ordering again.

Compassionate Excellence
Dr. Chinelo Udemgba Aguocha was excellent during my visit. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions with care and clarity. I felt heard, respected, and well taken care of. The medical assistant who attended to me was also very kind and helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. I appreciate the quality of care I received and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Terrible Customer Service
I was charged $50 for a carry-on bag on our return journey. We were not charged for this bag on our first flight, and we have never been charged for it on the three previous flights. The workers never took any measurements. The other staff implied that the Dallas flight team "did us a favor". We had three tickets but only two carry-on luggage. Why am I getting charged at all when the luggage was taken as cargo on the plane!? How come it's an issue at one airport but not another? Terrible customer service, resulting in a negative experience for no reason!

The agent answered my inquiries precisely and provided an appropriate quotation based on my requirements. I should have followed her recommendation to commit to the booking quickly, since when I finally phoned back to confirm the booking, the total went up by over $500 due to the expiration of a promotion and an increased drop cost for a one-way rental.

Scheduling Was Difficult
I was referred to Dr. Hasbani by my primary care doctor. Scheduling was difficult—I had to leave three messages before getting a response. Someone eventually texted me after hours asking for my personal info via text, which I didn’t feel comfortable sharing. When I visited the office, the receptionist was professional and welcoming. However, Dr. Hasbani was rude and seemed irritated that I had my 7-month-old with me. I was told I'd get a call to schedule an MRI, but it’s been nearly two months and I haven’t heard anything. The overall experience was disappointing and poorly managed.

Excellent!
Their admin staff and teachers are easy to work with. Teachers work with individual students to help them complete and understand their classes. This college can be an excellent example for other colleges in the system.

Fantastic trip!
I had a fantastic trip! 20 days through Alaska, well arranged, enough freedom, and very beautiful adventures with lots of wildlife and very cool activities!! Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order three weeks ago, and the status hasn’t changed from “new,” even though it was a “buy now” item. According to their website, buy now items are supposed to ship immediately. I emailed them and got a generic reply saying “thank you for your patience, we’ll ship asap”. I followed up, and I received the same generic answer three times. Absolute lack of respect for their clients, not letting them know before the purchase is made. There is no way to contact them by phone, and they are now ignoring my emails. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Looking forward to them
I only have a pair of pants from this brand, and I've found them to be of great quality, perfect for outdoor hikes, especially since I can unzip the bottom of the pants. I heard they’re making a comeback, so I'm looking forward to it.
