No personal support so new website provider change
I am ready to develop a new website for a non-profit, and I have a few critical questions. Trying to acquire answers via their online chat rather than a live support representative was a waste of time. They have no human support, which is crucial at this point. I spent several hours deciding which provider would be best for our application and eventually chose Squarespace. But now, I'm going with my second choice due to a support issue.

What to improve in your web page
After completing the ticket purchasing process, I was unsure if everything had gone well. I had to call to make sure, and now I have my ticket. I tried pressing a number to find the extension I needed to speak with, but it didn't work and didn't sound like anything either. The girl who answered my phone was excellent.

What happened to the cod sandwich
I have ordered the cod fillet sandwich many times. I love Culver's food, because it's usually so fresh, but not anymore. It was just like every other fast food restaurant now, dried out, tough garbage. They changed the bun. It's smaller and completely dried out. It tastes ancient. The fish wasn't fresh, it was tough, thin, and super skinny. Tasted microwaved. I have ordered this sandwich three times, thinking it was just an isolated incident, but this has become the new normal.

Easy Website
It is very easy to navigate the Magickitchen website and place an order. This is for a single elderly person, so I appreciate that they have the option for a smaller portion selection. I have found it difficult to find smaller portion meal/food gifts, and I am happy to see this.

Faulty Equipment /Expensive Technical Support
The front door sensor has ceased operating properly. It remains open even when the door is closed, and it went off in the middle of the night. I spent several hours on the phone with remote technical help. They sent me a replacement magnet, but it did not work either. I contacted them again, and now they will send someone in a few days for a fee of $59. This implies my security system will be out of commission for another few days. I would expect ADT to be responsible for the quality of their equipment and to deliver timely and effective servicing. This level of service and dependability falls short of what I would anticipate from a high-cost home security service.

We loved the kids' playmat and Lovevery kits for children. They have inspired learning through play and have grown with our kid from birth to his 1 st year. The kits can be utilised in many ways. We liked the research behind the products. Now we have ordered a new bath kit from them.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Ethan Allen, and my 2025 purchase just reinforced why. I ordered leather-upholstered bar stools from their website, and they turned out perfect. The delivery team even rescheduled to match a day I’d be home, arrived right on time, set everything up carefully, and were polite and professional throughout. Experiences like this are why I always recommend Ethan Allen to my family and friends.

So. Many. Issues.
Let me start off by saying I have been a Roku consumer for quite some time. I have always loved their product and the user-friendly interface. Easy for my kids to adapt to. Within the last 12 days, I have had two brand-new Roku TVs and had issues with both. First TV was a 50”. Second a 55”. Had to return the first one because it didn't get past the Roku startup screen. As soon as I got home and plugged the 55'' one in, an electrical buzzing noise started coming from the rear of the TV where the plug goes. Sounded like some sort of diode on the verge of popping. On top of that, Roku marked the issue as resolved when it clearly was not.

Worst appliance service ever
Mr. Appliance is very unprofessional. It took over 5 1/2 months to get my refrigerator operating again after they made multiple appointments to try to repair it. They show no respect for your property. They leave a mess when they go and tell you it's fixed, so you go buy groceries that cost more than $200. And then, two days later, the fridge stopped working, and the guy told me it wasn't my fault, but it was very unprofessional and expensive.
