Bought a couch& love seat
Bought a couch& love seat. Little bugs were coming out of the cushions. The couch smelled of roach spray. The love seat smelled like it had been washed with industrial chemicals. Calling them makes no difference. They wanted to send someone to wash the couches. Why wash bugs?Ieven sent them pictures. They told me it must be my apartment. I had to wrap both pieces in large plastic bags & threw them in the garage… stay away from Ashley Furniture Stores

Not for me
Unfortunately, I had to send the thing back. The dress's seam hit too high, and regardless of how I adjusted the belt, it did not fit properly because I have a short waist and long legs. reminded me too much of maternity clothing. Although the material was passable, I believe I was hoping for higher quality given the pricing. I've been wearing Boden clothing for about two decades, and I'm rather dissatisfied that the dress didn't live up to the previous Boden standard.

I tried to make a reservation
I tried to book a reservation through their online system. It took my money, but it did not book the reservation. The firm notified me that the money "should" be returned to my account in a few days. Meanwhile, I no longer have access to that cash, and we have no reservations and cannot make new reservations until my money is recovered. Why?

good food but bad services.
The food from Daily Harvest is fantastic, and I believe it is the best organic and gluten-free pre-cooked meals available on the market. However, I have canceled my subscription because of delivery issues. Their service team is quick to respond and very helpful, but delivery is still in poor condition. After the first incident, they redirected the delivery to a different building in my complex.

Love the product, customer care not so much
Love the product. Hate their customer service and their IT systems. Bought a Kaufman couch in a custom color from the Ardmore, PA location. The delivery was initially scheduled for November-December, but I received a call stating that it had been rescheduled—no emails or texts from West Elm. I called customer care and got dropped. I called the store, and they instructed me to disregard the issue and that the couch is currently backordered. They refused to do any further investigation! Luckily, I cancelled my travel and decided to wait for the sofa.

Used to be good
Raising Cane's used to be good, but the last two times the fries came out undercooked, and the chicken strips were small. Just not worth the money anymore. This was the Downey, CA location

Horrible Lumber
kept outdoors, exposed to the weather. I needed 2x8" Douglas Fir, so I went there to look at lumber. They have it on hand. I needed roughly fifty of their standard 2x6 boards. Half of the wood had mold, chips, splits, or other flaws. Under two inches of ice, the Douglas Fir pile was solidly frozen. I'm still waiting on 84 Lumber to deliver the Douglas Fir, and I'm not sure when or if they will. Don't bother requesting a delivery window or schedule. The sole reason for two stars rather than one is the excellent personnel at 84.

Inconsistent
I’m giving Zaxby's a three because they do have a great product, and when I order from DoorDash, I get the hottest sauce every time. The problem is their consistency; sometimes it’s coated with sauce, which I prefer to dip in ranch, and sometimes they’re plain with a sauce packet that’s not the hottest sauce. This really pisses me off with Zaxby's, and the inconveniences are the most annoying and ridiculous thing a business can do.

Loved It!
Despite being active and 72 years old, I had never taken a bike holiday. The Chesapeake Bay Area was the focus of this six-day biking tour. Twenty people, mostly elders. Many people who had gone on several bike rides and were coming back to VBT again said it was the best. Our two guides were incredibly kind and accommodating. They genuinely loved making sure everyone had a great time. Every choice they offered us each day was fantastic. Rides included charming East Coast cities, paved, low-traffic rural roads, historical sites, regional art and history, and, of course, the stunning Chesapeake Bay! I'm eager to arrange another vacation with them!

Comfortable, efficient, and value for money business class experience
I flew business class with ANA for the first time, and it was impressive. The quality of food, both Japanese and international, was good. The seats were comfortable, service was good, and overall care for its passangers. In addition, their launges are all amazing.

What a great Merino 200 Flexi Shute
What a fantastic Merino 200 Flexi Shute. I had to get one for my mother! I got her to try mine on while she was visiting, and she refused to take it off. So I purchased one for her in grey, and it arrived within a few days. Mum is happy now! She can wear it everywhere, every day.
