Won't be using any more
Spent 1880 on parts needed for a customer, they canceled the order, stating their third-party system flagged it as fraud, to use someone else's card and try again, and wait 10 days for a refund, when asked why they flagged it, they stated they wouldn't give that information, but most of the time they check the ip address against the address on the card, if they aren't the same, they flag it well, I never gave permission for anyone to check my ip address, in fact it is encrypted for this.

Suitcase Quality not expected
I liked their responsiveness in addressing my warranty claim. I disliked that the large luggage replacement is not the same quality or size as my original purchase.

Mouthwatering experience
The food is great. I had prime rib and a shake, and it was wonderful, but a little expensive at almost $ 15.

Excelent service
This shared charter is the ideal solution for traveling between South Florida and the Abacos. Since I make the trip often, I plan to fly with Tradewind whenever possible moving forward. The aircraft are stunning, the crew and staff are excellent, and I’ve experienced two of the smoothest landings ever. Overall, it’s miles ahead of any other flight service I’ve used.

Extensive research
After doing a lot of research, I bought their items, but after using them, I discovered that my medical history barred me from using them. The problem was promptly resolved, and customer service was really helpful. Naturally, I am unable to comment on how the things worked for me, but working with the company was quite simple.

Be Careful: Return Window Starts Before You Receive It
I liked the goods style, but I will not order from this firm again. Their return/exchange window begins with the order date, not the delivery date. So if shipping is delayed, your actual window is substantially shorter. My product arrived 11 days after I purchased it, and when I sought to swap it on day 32, the store informed me that corporate allows exceptions if the exchange is made within 30 days of receipt. Corporate then provided a boilerplate answer and declined to help.

Scam company
It is a sham company. It signed me up for an account, which I never wanted. On top of that, I can't log in to the account to close it cause I don't have the password, and when requesting a password reset, nothing is ever emailed to you. But, their advertising emails seem to flow just fine, 2 in the very first day!

What bad customer service
Too bad there isn't a zero-star rating to click on. Good luck if you ever decide to unsubscribe. It's impossible to get rid of them, and they send many emails per day. I ended up calling them twice, and both times they said the emails would stop within two days. They did not. I ended up blocking them and would never order from them again. Pests

I have been on 13 different Tauck tours. I have loved everyone. Some things cannot be helped. The rooms in Paris are smaller than normal. I am a travel agent and love Tauck. When I hear negative things, what comes to mind is that the people themselves must be poor travelers. Nothing is perfect.

Cancellations
Even if your vacation is more than a month away, they will retain your money and give you a ridiculous credit that you must spend within a year, so be careful to cancel it within 24 hours. I suppose there's a method to keep a dollar for this airline. I won't use it again, and I won't suggest it to anyone.
