Bad guides
Our photography guide was not very good. She took one photo, and my husband and I asked if she could send it to us. She said yes, but it turns out she never planned to, and she changed her story several times, and it was a negative response to say the least. The other crew was friendly, but she did NOT meet expectations. My husband and I won't be going on any cruises with her on them anymore.

Would not Recommended
We booked flights for a wedding in Rome with ITA. A month later, we received an email notice that our flights had been cancelled and that we had been assigned random alternative dates, which did not align with the wedding. I would definitely not use this airline if you need to be somewhere on a set date.

Poor customer service response & waste of product
So we had brought a Peg Perego Prima Chair to a baby event. We began weaning at 6 months and 2 weeks. The first few days went well, although slotting the table into the chair was problematic. But then the spring in the table failed, and one arm turned to go into the chair and lock, and then you press the lever again to twist and pull out, but it kept jamming, leading us to repeat this until we could release, which meant our son was stuck in because the distance to get out was too small. I sent an email and received a new one. However, this was worse, to the point where the twisting mechanism failed and became stuck.

Worst client service!
Due to an error, we attempted to cancel the room we had reserved in Thailand 24 hours later. They took no action to assist us. Nothing at all—no credit, no refund! We are now limited to two rooms. We will undoubtedly continue to use both rooms. They will never engage in double-dipping! Never again will I utilize Expedia! Never! I'll let everyone know what happened.

This company is pathetic, beware when you subscribe.
This company is pathetic. I started a free trial last year, and when I wanted to cancel, they offered me a 50% discount on Coursera Plus, which I accepted. However, I don't recall any mention that it was only for one month. I was then charged the full amount on January 6th, 2026, which surprised me. I immediately phoned their Customer Service agent, who informed me that because I agreed to continue after the free trial period had elapsed, they could not reimburse me. She made no mention of the fact that the only reason I decided to continue with the membership was the cheap offer. She then said, "I can't do anything," and disconnected.

Slick Module
I used this module in conjunction with #74551, the I/O Module-Garage Door Control & Status Kit, to control an LED pilot light that alerts when the garage door is open. The module is easily installed in a single-gang box, allowing plenty of room for the LED indicator with a rear mounting depth of about 1-½”.

Great customer service
The customer service was excellent. One of the few times when you really knew he was listening. Try their combination deep dish, of course, without olives, lol, they are fantastic. I do think one should take a chance and try it themself.

Beware of this store.
I brought down my daughter's tablet because it wasn't holding any charge. The owner told me the port had to be replaced. Charged me money up front, but I never heard back. I kept going down to the store to get the tablet. It was a different story every week as to where the tablet was. Finally, after a month, we got it back. After 2 days, the tablet wasn't holding a charge again.
