Unreliable company
This company has gradually removed features from its customer software, seemingly to push users into paid subscriptions, despite this not being part of the original agreement. When issues arise, reaching customer service for assistance is nearly impossible. Overall, the business comes across as unreliable and untrustworthy.

Worst Buying Experience Ever
What a terrible experience. I placed an order three months ago and was told that while 90% of it had arrived, delivery couldn’t happen until December because one item was backordered—after already missing the promised delivery date. Buying from this company was a big mistake

Misleading customers
The company is misleading customers with false delivery timelines on its website. The bed I ordered was advertised as being ready within 6 weeks. However, once production began—and the cancellation penalty increased to 25% plus forfeited shipping costs—they then revealed that delivery would actually take an extra 3–5 weeks after the item shipped.

Pretty good airline
The seats were comfortable, and dinner was great, though breakfast was disappointing. The in-flight entertainment was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the plane could have been much better.

Do not join
Do not join their course, especially on Agentic AI. There are multiple instructors, and very few of them know. Also, there are sales agents on WhatsApp who will try to convince you to join an offer with a three-day cancellation policy, which is a scam. They will not honour the cancellation. Additionally, the classes do not have a chat feature, so you cannot share messages with fellow learners. The instructor also does not share their LinkedIn profile to reveal their credentials.

A+ for Havenly and my designer!
My designer was beyond words! She made my house a home with her keen eye, patient process, and warm spirit. I can’t say enough about how easy the entire process was. I appreciated the attention to detail, the willingness to adjust and meet my preferences, and her hard work to stay within my budget. She was responsive, so kind, and a joy to work with. She helped me step by step through everything from start to finish. Well worth the price.

No flexibility
Absolutely no flexibility. I had purchased hand luggage, yet despite there being plenty of space on the plane, they insisted on checking in my very delicate suitcase.

Excellent Algebra tutoring!
My daughter had taken a tutoring session, and we have nothing but positive things to say. Our tutor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The tutor offered positive feedback and asked the right questions so that she could understand why my daughter was having difficulty with graphing. Sometimes, all it takes is for someone to show your child another way to solve the problem. We will definitely be taking additional tutoring sessions.

I just visited the Dutch Bros on Litchfield and Bell in Surprise. I wasn’t happy with my drink at first due to the consistency, so I went back through the drive-thru, and I got absolutely five-star customer service! I immediately had another drink made for me, and it was perfect.

Rising fees
It’s frustrating to see Netflix prices keep going up while the quality steadily declines. What’s even more outrageous is paying for a subscription and still having to sit through ads. If we’re already paying a premium, the least they could do is give us an ad-free experience.
