Don’t use their baby monitors
We've been using the Leapfrog baby monitor, which links to an app on your phone. After almost three months of use, I have never had a worse experience! Now, the camera simply stops functioning, and the light goes out. These days, we have to reconnect it every other day, which is such a drawn-out procedure. Since it was operating well for the first month, we were going to invest more, but to be honest, I think we're just going to switch to a completely different firm, probably V-tech. We've been using Leapfrog for years, and while they make excellent learning and play items for kids, we would never suggest their monitors.

The app.makes setup so easy.
As an older single woman, I was concerned about my ability to set up my soundbar correctly on my own. However, the application provided good step-by-step directions. So it was really simple to set up. I've been quite pleased with its performance.

Nice services.
I went to Skyline Chilli for the first time and it was amazing! The staff and service make you feel welcome, and they have vegan options. It is definitely a great location and I would like to come back here.

Hawaiian has no more Aloha
I take business flights from Oahu to the nearby islands, and if I complete my work early, I usually check to see if I can take another flight home. Usually, they get me in without any issues. However, they want to charge me an additional $50 on top of my $300 inter-island cost because of the Alaska purchase. Aloha is no longer present in Hawaii.

Defective Item replaced
I immediately washed the lovely product I received so my son could wear it. I noticed a hole around the arm seam and a color flaw once it was on him. Despite my disappointment, I decided to attempt customer support to see if I might get a replacement. They offered me a free replacement with fast shipment after promptly responding. Fantastic!

Hotel and Flight Combo
I used the website for my Goa vacation and booked both the hotel and flights together. It saved me from switching between different apps all night. The hotel photos matched the actual property pretty well, too, which was a pleasant surprise.

Bad customer service
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with customer service. I waited two full days in the chat queue, only for the session to be closed after just three minutes. I reopened the ticket and waited another full day, but the chat was closed again because I wasn’t able to respond immediately. The only way to reach support is through a tiny chat box buried deep in an already difficult-to-navigate help page. All of this just to resolve an issue caused by their policy of permanently linking accounts—so if you linked something over a decade ago and can’t access your old email, you're simply out of luck.

Exceptional
I bought a ticket on a third-party website, and instantly, my reservation was confirmed by Saudia. The flight attendants were caring. The food was very delicious on the plane. I got the tickets for 50% less money for a one-way trip, and I received a better experience than the two other top Middle East airlines offered. It was a memorable trip. Looking forward to flying again!

Comfortable but Expensive
Tesla EVs are more comfortable than other brands, but at the same time, they are more expensive than them. On top of that, I felt that their customer service is unsatisfactory.

Poor value
It's amazing how this group travel company simply conducts things in a way that makes it clear that their main goal is to maximize profits. Dinners and lunches are poorly portioned and taste worse than what you can locate on your own using basic Google Maps for less money; optional tours are a scam, and you can get much better value at getyourguide. Four-star hotels are outdated establishments with problems with air conditioning and heating. When it comes to knowledge and anecdotes, local guides are quite valuable. This is most likely between 3 and 4, with 10 being the best bargain and 1 a ripoff.

Britax Romer booster seat
The SIPS system failed in the first week. They are held in place with very weak plastic clips, and my son simply knocking into them when climbing in and out of the chair was enough to break them. The same goes for the polystyrene cushioning around the seat. If you change the headrest, it easily lifts out of its proper slot and requires you to partially remove the seat to slot it back in. Fitting the soft sections of the chair back on after this or after washing is really difficult. Throughout, there are some extremely terrible design decisions. We attempted to contact both the supplier and the manufacturer multiple times about our concerns, but received no response.
