Horrible
Horrible! Don’t use them! Once they have control of your systems, you can’t get anyone else to fix problems. For example, I have a light switch that falls apart. I can’t get an electrician to fix the problem. I have to pay Texadia $1800 per trip. Don’t waste your money! It’s a proprietary system that handcuffs you to their expensive contractors.

Horible company
Horrible company with completely unresponsive customer service. Stay aware that they will send you invoices even after you return their device. When you complain to them, they just don't respond and send the invoice to collections.

I would look elsewhere for lawn service.
Results were good for 9 of 10 years, but something changed in 2025. Observed tech skipping fertilizer on two strips of lawn and not spraying any post-emergent as indicated on the invoice. Tech was at our house for less than 7 minutes. Tried to address it with customer service and management, and they were unable to address the issue. A friend who recommended Fairway Green 10 years ago also has weeds in the yard, so I do not think my situation is unique.

Enormously oversized
The medium size was more like an XXL, and the return cost me $7.00. The low price of the purchased items was not worth it since I had to pay $7.00 to return them. I wouldn't take a chance on ordering anything again.

I love Miyoko’s cheese! I’m a huge fan of the fermented types of vegan cheeses, so this is up my alley. The roadhouse cheddar spread is versatile. Even the cream cheese is flavorful enough to have a bunch of different uses, and it does make for an excellent cheesecake. The pourable mozzarella is still my go-to for pizza. One bottle lasts a good long while.

I didn't like the Converse website. When I ordered online, it showed a certain date, but kept changing it. The shoes arrived later than expected.

First flight experience with flydubai
I just wanted to mention that the flight crew was very nice, helpful, and welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The WhatsApp updates received were invaluable. I'm surprised that other airlines don't do the same. The only thing that was a bit strange, and I'm unsure if it's just airport policy, was that my passport and ticket were checked way too many times. First at the gate itself, then when entering the bus, then when exiting the bus, then finally when boarding the plane. A bit excessive.

I get great service from FreshDirect
I have gotten wonderful customer service from FreshDirect. And if a product is missing or not as you wanted, they can easily correct it. You can even do it yourself online or request that a missing product be sent to you. The prices are higher, and so I shop elsewhere for some things. However, the quality of the produce and meats/poultry/fish is excellent, and they carry lesser-known brands/specialty products that I can't find in other places. Wish the prices were a little lower.
