Expect the worst
In a few words, how would I describe this company? What a farce. They can't even accurately take an order before delivering it to someone else. The worst possible customer service. You can anticipate receiving 10% off your subsequent orders if they mess up your order, which they will. That's what the idiots who manage the business get paid. They receive fewer than zero stars for customer service. Your money would be better spent elsewhere. I promise that this is the last time. They will go out of business in the next ten years due to the way things are being conducted.

The Best Trip Ever
I am a very picky traveler, and Alaska Wildlands Adventures exceeded every expectation I had. They pay attention to both the details and the big picture, so there are no problems. We had 16 inches of rain in three days, which didn’t slow us down a bit since they have excellent equipment and guides. No negatives. Just do it!!!

Another company that cannot stop unwanted marketing
Despite specifically requesting not to receive marketing via e-mail and receiving a response confirming that I had been removed from their marketing lists, a year later, I received an unsolicited catalog in my email and had to waste extra time calling them again to request deletion. I wish so many businesses didn't feel entitled to treat customer data as a commodity. A customer should not have to request privacy many times. However, greed appears to take precedence over all else. And it's ironic because I may have ordered from them again. But their sloppy data-collecting methods have turned me into a never-again consumer.

Excellent rental experience
Everything went perfectly with the Getaround rental. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The pick-up and return process was very smooth. I had no issues at all during the rental and would definitely recommend this vehicle and this owner to other users.

Corporate embodiment of "Our way or the highway"
Over the course of a weekend, they unilaterally changed their freight policies. Consumers were not notified until the changes went into effect; freight charges literally doubled, and Paccar does not allow you to use your own freight options. disregards the fact that they are putting together the wrong kits: Their EPA 21 Short Block kit contains EPA 13 and EPA 17 injector tubes. Not tubes that are EPA21. We told Paccar about this, and they said that's what's in the kit and won't bother updating or modifying it. I also worked on a significant agreement to purchase HVAC parts in bulk to cut costs. They don't appear to want to collaborate "with" anyone.

Highly Recommendation
The staff is nice and helpful, especially Peyton. My recent visit with Dr. Tubb was calming for me (hip replacement being a scary procedure for me). Dr. Tubb was not in a rush & could tell I was extremely nervous. It surprised me that he is a doctor that actually listens. Found out later Dr. Tubb has an excellent rep among previous patients. I was recommended to him by Airrosti. So glad I took their recommendation.

Alaska Airlines treats you like family!
I recently flew from ANC to LAS. I am a single mother of three young girls. The flight was wonderful, and my girls appreciated the flight crew's ice cream and cookies. They always make us feel like members of the family. When the plane landed, we received a complimentary voucher for our resort. Thank you, Alaska Airlines, for always showing us Aloha!

Excellent customer service
The Medtronic 780 mg insulin pump is amazing. Their customer service is really good, quick to deal with any issues, and goes above and beyond to make sure that all my issues are taken care of. I just have one problem, and that is the small size of the pump.

Don't do online orders
I had an issue with an online order in which the restaurant refused to give me my food or a refund. I spoke with the "customer service" representatives at the company, and they were utterly worthless. They refused to assist me with the store and would not even put their refund policy in writing. Basically, if you order from these individuals and have any issues, your money is gone.

Misleading information about the jOB
False information about the position on the internet; when you show up for the interview, the information is different. They promised to call the next day following the group interview, but nothing happened. They offered me hope for nothing after obtaining all of my personal details. No calls, no emails. It looks so unprofessional to me. I would never suggest these to others.

Bad Experience
This rating is for the doctor's scheduler. I gave only 1 star because been trying to schedule my 95 yrs old father for an appt since April 23, 2025 as a new patient. Several follow calls I made, but they just kept on promising to call me back but up now no return call was made. I think I'm changing my mind to have a different doctor for my dad. I'm feeling bad because my father never met Dr Jason & he was recommended by our family friend. I am actually frustrated.
