Canceled event without notification
I purchased two tickets for an event that was only 1 hour away from where I live, but it was canceled without prior notification. The waitress had to call to find out because even they didn't get notified. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service
I ordered two bracelets as Christmas gifts! They came, and out of the two, one was already broken, so I don't want to keep the other one. When trying to return, they want to charge me $8.00 for the return of a damaged product! They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Do not order anything from them.

2 Star for price only
My dog has been boarded there and does daycare, but unfortunately, I'm going to have to find another one. The staff are lovely, and it's affordable enough, but I don't want to come home from a long work day and have to bathe my dog every single time because he smells bad. The other thing is, he comes home and is clearly dehydrated, like pulling me desperately to his water bowl. I've notified this, but it is still not taken care of. I'd rather pay more for better because my dog deserves it. 2 stars for price.

Will never use Menards Delivery agan
I placed an order online and wanted it delivered. Menards never told me they provide in a 75 ft semi. There is no way I would have proceeded with the delivery, as I live 1/2 mile down a gravel road, and the semi would not have been able to maneuver it. The driver had to use a forklift to transport the item from the road to my house, so I had to pay an additional amount. I will never again have Menards deliver anything to me.

A great place to eat
Metro Diner really impressed me with its friendly staff. Next, the food arrives quickly, and the portions are larger than I expected. My favorite part of the meal was the chicken and waffles because the chicken was crispy and the flavors worked really well together. It was like a good comfort food!

6 Speed Performance Hand Mixer
I liked that the mixer has a storage that can contain the attachments and allows the cord to be tucked as well. I also liked that it has 6 adjustment options for the speed. I can recommend it to everyone.

One of the finest store
The Bass Pro in Council Bluffs is the finest Bass Pro store I've ever visited. It has a vast collection and a well-maintained stock of merchandise. They had a large selection of options for ammo needed for the waterfowl trip that I was going on. The store is super Clean, well-organized, and has a very friendly staff.

good product but Bad customer service
I really like your products, but I’m very disappointed with the experience at the official store. Customers deserve to be treated with care, and unfortunately, this has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. Orders are canceled without clear explanations, and shipping takes far too long. For an official brand store, this level of service is unacceptable.

Zero compassion for paying members
There is no sympathy for paying members who skip a class because of an emergency. Due to the Spring tornado that struck my house on November 24, I was unable to attend my first appointment. The following day, when I called to clarify, I was informed that there was "nothing they could do." Their lack of sensitivity and adaptability demonstrates how little they respect their people. Instead of supporting a business that is incapable of demonstrating even the most basic compassion during a genuine crisis, I am opting to leave and forfeit my first payment.

10/10 would recommend!
This was my first time staying at the Soho Grand Hotel, and it was an experience. From the valet checking us in to the bell hopper to the front desk, everyone was so kind. I wish I had reviewed this hotel sooner to give a shout-out to the two gentlemen who spoke with me every single day I was there and provided me with numerous excellent recommendations. The location of this hotel is prime. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the walk-in shower. I would totally come back and stay at this hotel again!
