Not accepting return
I bought an Echo CS590 chainsaw from A.M. Leonard. Upon receiving it, I was unable to get it started easily. I pulled the starter cord over 75 times and finally got it started, and used it for 30 minutes. When I tried using it again, it didn't start. I contacted AML and requested a return. They rejected my request and told me to take it to an Echo service center. The center charged $125, which AML refused to reimburse. As I mentioned, since AML would not accept a return of a brand-new product, I had no choice but to follow their instructions and take it to a service center.

Our Agent was great
Our agent did an excellent job of organizing our trip to Japan and South Korea. My husband and I are in our seventies, so having the travel arrangements (including transfers, flights between Japan and South Korea, and flights from and to Los Angeles) go smoothly was quite beneficial. He assisted us in selecting excellent accommodations and arranging for additional services, making the trip even more enjoyable and convenient. With his assistance, we were able to find excellent tour guides who spoke English and were willing to adapt to our changing needs. Despite getting sick while I was there, I had a great experience. I really suggest Dustin and TravelStore, Los Angeles.

Excellent Algebra tutoring!
My daughter had taken a tutoring session, and we have nothing but positive things to say. Our tutor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The tutor offered positive feedback and asked the right questions so that she could understand why my daughter was having difficulty with graphing. Sometimes, all it takes is for someone to show your child another way to solve the problem. We will definitely be taking additional tutoring sessions.

Easily one of the best airlines
I'm pleased with British Airways. The prices were nearly identical to Ryanair, and the times were perfect. We even received free snacks and beverages on board, and the cost of extra luggage was incredibly affordable. The crew was very friendly, and there were no delays.

I would like to thank Dr Koman’s office and Dr Koman for the wonderful service I have received from your office. After being in pain and seeing another orthopedic specialist for 8 months, who finally said I have no idea why you in pain, it took Dr Koman 5 minutes to figure it out. It’s been 2 weeks since the surgery and I’m finally pain free. The office is so accommodating and his PA , David, amazing. I was always treated with respect and every question I asked was answered without being talked down to. Thank you Dr Koman , David and your staff for your wonderful expertise

All-in-one platform that actually replaces multiple tools
I've been using Kajabi since 2022, and I presently host two websites on it. Later this year, I want to host a third. The design, practicality, and utility of Kajabi are what I adore most about it. With a website, courses, funnels, email marketing, payments, and automations all in one location, it truly functions as an all-in-one company platform. Yes, there is a learning curve at first, but the system becomes really strong and efficient once you grasp how it is set up. The platform is dependable, well-considered, and obviously designed for individuals who wish to expand a significant web business.

Easy to assembel
The bar stools were easy to assemble and exactly what I wanted. After assembly, I did notice a moderately noticeable wrinkle in the fabric on the back, where it goes under the seat cushion, and it’s not pulled tight. Probably not worth the time and trouble to fix, but I’m sharing this as feedback for future production improvements.

Incredibly unprofessional
I underwent six rounds of interviews and traveled over four hours to meet with a CEO for a high-level position, only to be informed that the firm wished to proceed with an offer. However, there was no more communication for more than two weeks. When I contacted the recruiter, I received a vague response indicating that they were unsure and would get back to me, but they never did. Finally, I discovered that the position had been offered to someone else two weeks earlier.

Perfect way to reset for the New Year in this gorgeous and peaceful place
We had everything we needed from the moment we arrived at Lake Austin Spa Resort until we checked out, thanks to the incredibly considerate staff and the intelligent manner in which the resort interacts with visitors both before and throughout their stay. This lovely lakefront home is tranquil and serene! The meal was also fantastic! As we entered the New Year, the physical and mental exercises were exactly what we needed. We felt extremely pampered and well taken care of! We'll return!

Unprofessional
When I met Ken Padowitz, I handed him a preliminary report from an audio forensic expert revealing issues in key evidence. Despite explaining its significance, Ken refused further investigation or communication with the expert. Over two years, he ignored my repeated requests and urged me to accept a plea. I ultimately hired new attorneys, the original expert, and a private investigator—actions Ken rejected. Without him, we proved 15 seconds were missing in the recording. The judge dismissed the felony. I received no jail, no probation, and a sealed record. Had I relied on Ken alone, I’d have a felony conviction.

Greyhound price gouging.
Greedy corporate customer service. I purchased a ticket online for 60 dollars (it was 40 dollars just 5 minutes before) for 05:15 in the morning, Miami to Daytona. It's difficult to get there on time with public transportation. I wanted to reschedule for a later time on the day, but the site demanded an 80% cancellation fee and still required me to pay more on the new ticket. I will never reserve a Greyhound bus ever again.

Quality is nice, Shipping can take WEEKS!
Brooklinen sheets have a really nice texture and quality. We have been ordering their sateen sheets and more from them for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, their shipping is a hit or miss. I had once received my pillowcase in 2 days, but the sheets took 2 weeks! I've seen orders languish for almost five business days before they are even shipped. No wonder it takes so long.
