We 100% do not understand the negative reviews on this platform. We have ordered 10-15 different items (luggage, accessories, etc.) and have been happy with all of them. However, the most positive aspect has been how they have handled the minor issues we have encountered. We travel internationally frequently and have experienced problems such as a zipper ripped off, a flaking spine, and a hub cap coming off, among others. In every case, they have gone far beyond standard service and warranty levels. Had an experience several years ago where they replaced the bag. Then, I had minor issues with two bags last week, and they handled it all again, far above expectations.

I've been waiting for my refund for 45 days, and it's been a really unpleasant situation. Every time I contact customer service, I am promised that my refund will be handled within 24 to 48 hours. However, this has been repeated several times with no actual resolution, and I have yet to get my money. Stop misleading clients with false promises and delays, and accept responsibility for correcting this issue right away.

West Elm has bad cheap furniture and a horrible delivery service. Delivery men stole my ear pods, didn’t deliver on the scheduled day, and cost me two workdays to wait for delivery. They sent me a check to reimburse me for the EarPods, but my bank couldn’t even deposit the check because it was no good. Steer clear of this company if you know what’s good for you.

So we had brought a Peg Perego Prima Chair to a baby event. We began weaning at 6 months and 2 weeks. The first few days went well, although slotting the table into the chair was problematic. But then the spring in the table failed, and one arm turned to go into the chair and lock, and then you press the lever again to twist and pull out, but it kept jamming, leading us to repeat this until we could release, which meant our son was stuck in because the distance to get out was too small. I sent an email and received a new one. However, this was worse, to the point where the twisting mechanism failed and became stuck.

Two things: first, the person who was my initial point of contact with Plygem, straight from Kelowna, was really helpful. He listened to my concerns about the broken seals on our patio doors and scheduled a site technician for the following week. Second, their on-site technician arrived and removed the doors for seal repairs, taking great care to avoid damaging our floors. He took his time and treated our home as if it were his own! These two people provided excellent service.

We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have had our daughter attend Apple Tree for a brief but significant six-month period before we relocated from San Francisco. It was, without a question, one of the best choices we made for her early development and happiness. They went out of their way to make our daughter feel at ease during her transition to daycare, even bringing her favorite toys (baby dolls) to her at drop-off to help her relax. By the third day, she was no longer crying at drop-off and had started looking forward to school. She frequently talks about her wonderful teachers and the friends she gained in her classroom.
