Horrible experience
When I was checking in, the website told me that I couldn't check in for three weeks. Three weeks later, I was boarding the flight, and IT WAS OVERBOOKED. Five people had to get off, but that wasn't all. When we were about to take off, the pilots had to abort takeoff. Oh, and I forgot to mention the seats are horrible. I went to the toilet, and it was the dirtiest toilet I've ever seen.

Great service for a reasonable price
Whenever I fly to and from Vietnam, I always use Vietnam Airlines, as they generally offer better service at a lower price than their competitors. I’ve had no issues. I also took a flight from HCMC to Sydney earlier this year, and that went like clockwork. So I guess I’ll keep flying with Vietnam Airlines until one day I have a bad experience. I hope that day never comes!

Poorly Made HVAC System, Company does not Back their Product
I purchased a 100,000 BTU, 90-95 AFUE gas furnace in 2023. I spent more than $12,000 on it. A technician recently told me that the circuit board had blown out. I live in Southern California, so I don't use the unit often. It is younger than two years. Although the work cost roughly $850, the part was covered under warranty. Because the unit was defective, I called Lennox Consumer Affairs to ask if they might help me with part of the labor costs. According to the representative, there is nothing they can do. The item is poorly manufactured, and since they don't assist customers, I wouldn't buy any of their products.

Ordered 3pr coolmax boot socks.
New sock embroidery unraveled inside, new, not worn. They asked for pictures. I sent them. Then they told me to wait for it and trim all the sewing mess, but don't cut the material or tell GOVX!!!

I love Mary Kay products and my consultant. I've been using Mary Kay for nearly 30 years. Skin care has evolved throughout time, and I believe it has improved. My consultant is constantly informing me about what will work best for my skin. I enjoy having that one-on-one relationship.

Perfect way to reset for the New Year in this gorgeous and peaceful place
We had everything we needed from the moment we arrived at Lake Austin Spa Resort until we checked out, thanks to the incredibly considerate staff and the intelligent manner in which the resort interacts with visitors both before and throughout their stay. This lovely lakefront home is tranquil and serene! The meal was also fantastic! As we entered the New Year, the physical and mental exercises were exactly what we needed. We felt extremely pampered and well taken care of! We'll return!

Awesome Shoes
I love my new running shoes. The off-white look is great, and the cushioning feels amazing. I usually run in Ons but wanted to try something different, and now I don’t think I’ll switch back. They’re similar to the Brooks Ghost Max, which I like, but with even more cushioning.

Overall excellent service.
This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I got complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service was great, and the rooms are also large. I also loved the decor in the hallways.

They hire the worst drivers possible
They choose the worst drivers for their jobs. On a few occasions, they dropped orders as they were being delivered, leaving food all over the box. Their driver simply canceled the order today without any explanation and accused the restaurant. Customer service is just worthless.

Zero value
They have a contract with our community. They don't mow the lawn, they tear it. The people who mow, drive very fast, and rip up the lawn when they spin. The little lawn trimming they do is very sloppy, and they hurry through every yard, leaving a mess behind. They don't clean their mess. Rupert claims they mulch the grass, but their blades are so dull that it is more like a chop and drop. Nice website, but all lies. Quality of work 0.
